A: The tax rate you are charged is based on where your order is being shipped to. We charge sales tax on orders shipping to locations in Michigan, because we are located in Michigan. The sales tax rate for the state of Michigan is 6%. Orders that are being shipped to any other destination than Michigan are not taxed, even if the billing address is located in Michigan.

A: In-stock items will leave our warehouse either the same or next business day (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard/Daylight Time) from when you place your order. If you choose an expedited shipping option (Second-Day or Next-Day), and you place your order by 11 a.m. Eastern Standard/Daylight Time Monday through Friday, your in-stock items will leave our warehouse the same day you place your order.
Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, the length of time it will take to reach its destination is dependent on the chosen shipping method and where the destination is. Our warehouse is in Michigan, so Ground shipments destined for the Midwest and surrounding areas generally arrive in 1-3 business days. Ground shipments going to the East Coast will take about 2-4 business days, and those going to the West Coast, Florida, Alaska, or Hawaii usually take about 4-6 business days.
